I have been working with Ruby on Rails for almost 15 years now.

No, really, I wouldn't change it for anything.

Over the years I started and sold a consulting company while helping hundreds of businesses with their Ruby based websites.

I have done plenty of management and business analysis work in the past few years while always being involved in technical decisions.

I've spoken at conferences all over the world. At some point I was even doing music with Ruby.
